Hillandale,
with 267 households, is an upscale and diverse community that adjoins
Georgetown and the upper Wisconsin Avenue corridor. Residents regularly
patronize local restaurants, stores and services. Hillandale’s
demographics – from retirees, to young families and singles – are
appealing and beneficial to these local businesses.
The Hillandale Herald is delivered on the 15th of each month (except
August) directly to each home within the community, and also featured
online at the community's web site.
Paid advertisements are available in three sizes: single
(2” x 2”) at $30.00 per issue; double (2” x 4”) at $50.00 per
issue and quarter page (3˝” x 4˝”) at $75.00 per issue. A
yearly advertising contract is available, by which advertisers can save
10%.
Classified advertisements are provided free of charge to
Hillandale residents. Resident classified advertisements may
publicize items for sale, services or items needed and seek or make
recommendations. Classified advertisements should be concise and
must contain the name and contact number of the Hillandale resident.
Residents may submit commercial advertisements, no larger than a double,
at no cost, up to three times per calendar year. Any additional
commercial advertisements will be subject to the paid advertisement
rates as listed above.
Each issue has limited advertisement space which is filled on a
first-come first-served basis. All advertisements must be
submitted in camera ready form, along with payment by the 8th of the
month directly to the editor, via email at
adminmngr@hillandalehoa.com.

responsibility for, nor warrant the goods or services advertised within
the Hillandale Herald. The Hillandale Homeowners Association
